The park was constructed during the tenure of Mayawati, the former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh in the year 2008. The park is dedicated to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the ‘father of Indian Constitution’. When you will enter the park you can witness the Pratibimbh Sthal, here there are 62 elephants on both the sides. There is one stupa in the park which is known as Ambedkar Stupa. The most significant thing about the park is the bronze statue of DR.
